The icon known as the Hospitality of Abraham depicts the Old Testament scene when Abraham was visited by three angelic visitors, who announced the birth of a son, Isaac, by his wife Sarah. This scene is traditionally considered a prefiguring of the Holy Trinity, and is sometimes known as the Old Testament Trinity.
The original icon, painted in the 18th century, comes from a church iconostasis in central Russia.
