Standard production time may take up to 1-2 weeks (plus transit time for your chosen shipping method). But with RUSH service, we guarantee delivery of your order—to your door—within 6 business days.
RUSH service is selected as a shipping method at checkout. This includes your RUSH fee, plus the fastest shipping method to get your order to your door within 6 business days.
If we are not able to fulfill our guarantee, we will credit you 50% of the order subtotal, and we will still ship your order via 2 day service as soon as it's ready. You don't even have to contact us.
Exceptions
If you don't see the RUSH option in the shipping quotes at checkout, please note the following exceptions:
- All the items in your cart must qualify for RUSH service for the option to be available. RUSH is not currently available for Masterpiece Icons, Heavy Duty Outdoor Coating, Cathedral Size Icons, certain made-to-order items, freight, or orders over $800.
- Only available for United States delivery addresses.
- May not be available during certain peak periods at Legacy Icons' discretion.
- "Business days" means weekdays Monday-Friday that Legacy Icons is open and shipping carriers are shipping parcels.
