Legacy Icons presents Desert Gold which is a premium, small-grain frankincense of select quality. This premium grade frankincense resin comes from a trade route in Northern Africa. Gathered directly from the tree in the form of sap, this incense burns very clean and quickly. It begins with bright fragrances of pine and lemon, and develops into a deeper scent of fine leather and seabreeze.

Favorite Frankinsence
I love this Desert Gold Frankincense, it is my favorite Frankincense. I have tried several others, from Legacy and other vendors but this is the best. It works quite well in my smokeless burner and the fragrance is wonderful, perfect for prayer time and long lasting.

Very pleasant aroma
As mentioned in my review for this company's North African Frankincense, I'm pretty new to the whole idea of burning incense at home; so I don't know enough about the nuances to comment. From a beginner's point of view, I found this brand or type to be equally satisfying. I would recommend either type without hesitation, and I'll be back for more when I run out of my current stocks!
