I recieved my item sooner than expected and had a pleasant customer service experience with Andrew. He answered all my questions and updated me on my order progress regularly. The incense itself is of awesome quality and it burns slowly and cleanly. The Myrrh is seriously sweet smelling, and the Frankincense smells very wonderful too. Also the brass burners work exceptionally well with keeping the charcoal lit the entire time.
