Our icons are hand-crafted and made-to-order. Allow time for production. Please note that your chosen shipping method does not include production time. (For example, if you select 2 day shipping, your order will be delivered 2 days after it ships, not 2 days after the order is placed.) Shipping and Customs expenses to France
I'm just reacting to Ti's message about not buying from Legacy Icons if abroad because of Customs costs : I bought an icon from you a couple of months ago (very pleased), I live in France, and I had no problems or extra charges whatsoever. Is it different with incense, for some reason ??? It is true that buying in Europe seems more ecologically satisfying (carbon imprint) but you do seem to have a nice selection ! Thanks. Good Product but not worth purchasing
I bought several incense from Legacy Icons and there is nothing wrong with the product but if you are not from the USA forget buying from them. I am from Europe but I buy internationally all the times. First of all you will pay a very high shipping cost, which I Understood and was still ok with it, but after that you will have to pay custom charges on top of it to receive the parcel. I bought a fair amount of incences but I never expected "MORE then 50%" extra charges on top, to receive the packages. Their product isn't cheap already and all of this extra expenses are really inconvenient. IT's just NOT WORTH IT and I am sure you can find similar product in your own country. This business is only good to distribute within the USA. DO NOT BUY if you are from a different country. I never had to pay custom charges over a product bought from a Business, I happened to pay those charges over a "privately shipped parcel" send by a friend or family so I am confused on business modalities. when I expose the problem to Legacy Icons they told me they have no control the extra charges but yet, they know and their advice was to choose a different shipping method AKA more expensive method that would of still added an extra 50% charges on the parcel. so NO matter what you do you will still spend way too much money for what you get. Be ware!!! ----- Legacy Icons Response: We cannot control or estimate customs charges levied by foreign countries. We regret the situation, but there is nothing we can do except make non-US customers aware of the possibility, which we strive to do during the checkout process and on our FAQ section.

Nice to try different scents.
I got this as a part of a special sale with the smokeless burners. It is nice to try scents I may not have picked, myself, from the site. Each bag was labeled and I have enjoyed trying new scents.

Inconsistent Quality
I have made three orders from Legacy. The third batch of incense was ground to the size of black peppercorn. After reaching out to David DeJonge to inform him of the quality issues, I received lengthy questioning and informed that I purchased "lower grade" material although it was the same incense I purchased twice before. An apology or a return/exchange was never offered. Additionally, the box clasp was broken but was informed I would have to pay for shipping both ways to get an exchange and that was after David Dejoune, Legacy owner, first saw and approved the exchange
