    Damar

Posted by Stefan Emil Johansson on Jun 13th 2017

Most of the incense from Legacy Icons smells exactly the way it burns when you sniff it in the jar. Damar is one of the few exceptions - when you smell it in the container you don't really notice much but once you put it on the charcoal it is brilliant!

    Subtle and Pure

Posted by Elliot on Apr 10th 2017

Damar incense is similar to frankincense in that they both share lemon/pine smells. The greatest difference here is that Damar seems much more subtle on a "per piece" basis. One thing to note, if your charcoal is especially hot, then Damar will melt very quickly into a puddle - but thankfully this doesn't ruin the charcoal!! If you are using a hand censor, just be aware that the melted resin can slide off the charcoal, but will still burn to a clean finish.
