Description
In this beautiful detail from a massive 17th century fresco at Slivnichki Monastery in Macedonia, the Holy Spirit is depicted as a dove, perched on a royal throne. He holds the Holy Gospel, and is surrounded by the instruments of the passion: the Cross, the Spear, the Sponge, and the nails below.
Below, Adam and Eve kneel in worship, representing the whole human race, and the archangels Michael and Gabriel offer their worship.

A good, well made icon
This is a very nice icon and I bought it in X large and was made skillfully. It is also quite an old icon and the colour and the details are not as sharp or vibrant as in previously bought icons so I would recommend buying it in large instead rather than in bigger sizes.
