My first icon set
They're high quality, not shiny like some of the other icons you'll see out there. The print quality of Legacy Icons is the single biggest thing to set them apart. They don't reflect you when you're standing in front of them, they almost look painted. Upgrade to the Beeswax finish just for the preservation of these for many years to come.
Amazing incense!!
I received Gentle Rose Incense as a free sample (the peeps at Legacy Icons are very generous, always throwing in a nice surprise). After trying Desert Gold (love it) I tried Gentle Rose and WOW. Christ Pantocrator
I had never seen this particular icon of Christ before (X118) but I was drawn to it by its simple and profound beauty. In person, the icon is luminous. The expression of our Lord is sober with a humble dignity. What a treasure! Thank you for a beautiful and well-crafted icon.
Well pleasing
I got this icon of the Good Thief with an icon of St. James for my son and I on the second anniversary of our baptism. It's a great icon. The quality is fantastic, I was very pleased with both. St. Dismas is a great reminder of God's mercy. The icons now sit with a Legacy Icon of the Mystical Supper in our family room.
I love this Psalter!
Broken up into bite-sized readings with prayers makes it easy for me to use this Psalter during my prayers. The quality binding, paper thickness, and hardback cover make this a book that I'm sure will withstand daily use for many years. Absolutely amazing! Great price, smells amazing and lasts a good while. Burns cleanly and gives a perfectly satisfying amount of smoke. I can't decide which incense sample to try next, they're all so good!
St. John the Baptist (Rublev)
I am very happy with this small but beautiful replica of Andrei Rublev's exquisite icon of St. John the Baptist. I was privileged to see the original in the Tretyakov Museum in Moscow many years ago, so it is a joyful reminder for me of that trip.
