New & Updated Features

Visual Improvements

The site will be reorganized, with updated images and graphics throughout the site. It will be easier to navigate and find the products you are looking for. And with over half our customers using mobile devices, we have worked to significantly improve the mobile user experience.

Filter and Search

A prominent search bar will be on every page, accessible all the time. In addition, you will have the ability to filter products in new ways that will make it easier to find what you want. For example, if you are looking for a floral incense, you will be able to filter the Incense section and only show the floral varieties.

Custom Icon Designer

We have greatly improved how Custom Icon purchases work. Now you will get a visual picture of exactly how your icon will appear, and you will be able to choose the exact size and dimensions you want for your icon board.

Questions you may have:

I placed an order on the old website. What will happen to it?

In-progress orders will be fulfilled as usual, with no disruptions. However, it will not appear in your recent orders in your profile. You will receive an email notification when your order ships, or if any status changes occur. If you have questions about your order, please contact us.

What happened to my account?

Your account has been moved to the new site. For security reasons you will need to  reset your password the first time you log in.

What happened to items in my cart?

Unfortunately this information could not be moved to the new website. We apologize for the inconvenience, we cannot retrieve your lost cart for you.

What happened to my wish list?

Unfortunately this information could not be moved to the new website. We apologize for the inconvenience. You can build a new wish list, but we cannot move your old wish list to your account on the new website.

What happened to my order history?

Unfortunately this information could not be moved to the new website. We apologize for the inconvenience. Future orders will appear in your new order history, but we cannot move your old order history to your account on the new website. If you have questions about a past order, please contact us.

What will happen to my subscriptions?

We are switching to a new system for subscriptions, which is integrated with your  user profile rather than a third party service (Paywhirl). We will be contacting you with action you need to take for your subscriptions, but in general:

  • VIP subscriptions have been transferred to the new site, with complimentary VIP through September 30, 2023, for all current subscribers. Subscriptions through Paywhirl will be canceled, and subscribers will receive store credit for unused time, which can be used towards a new subscription or any order.
  • Icon and Incense of the Month subscriptions have been canceled. Any payments made under the previous Paywhirl system will be fulfilled as usual. Going forward, subscribers will need to start a new subscription.
  • Charcoal and Candle Autoship subscriptions have been canceled. Any payments made under the previous Paywhirl system will be fulfilled as usual. Going forward, subscribers can subscribe to autoship any charcoal or candle product.
  • Great Feasts Set subscriptions will continue until the end of your 1 year subscription period. (Click here to manage your subscription in Paywhirl.) New Great Feasts subscriptions are temporarily unavailable.

Some subscription features will be considered "beta" pending final testing.
