Please use the following guidelines when making your Easter/Pascha purchases for delivery by April 20th.

U.S. Domestic Orders

• Mount Sinai Collection (Full Replica): February 2
• Wholesale Orders, Cathedral Size Icons: Order by March 7
• Mount Sinai Collection (Half, Three-Quarters): March 16
• Masterpiece Icons: Order by March 23
• Classic Icons: Order by March 30
• Incense, Devotionals, "Ready to Ship" Items: Order by April 6
• With express shipping options: Extend each deadline by 3 days
• RUSH Production & Shipping: April 7

U.S. Military/Diplomatic Mail

• Standard Shipping: Allow 6 weeks additional transit time
• USPS Priority Mail: Allow 1 week additional transit time

International Orders

• Mount Sinai Collection (Full Replica): January 19
• Wholesale Orders, Cathedral Size Icons: Order by February 21
• Mount Sinai Collection (Half, Three-Quarters): March 2
• Masterpiece Icons: Order by March 9
• Classic Icons: Order by March 16
• Incense, Devotionals, "Ready to Ship" Items: Order by March 23

These guidelines are based on our normal production timelines and Standard Shipping transit times. They are not absolute guarantees. We reserve the right to adjust these deadlines based on order volume and other factors. Legacy Icons is not responsible for delays in transit, which are out of our control.

In general, we recommend placing Easter/Pascha orders as early as possible.
