Order Status

Below are some of the common Order Statuses you will see on Legacy Icons orders.

Manual Verification Required

This is a security feature of our payment processor, designed to detect possible fraudulent orders. Some common reasons for this status include:

  • Billing address and shipping address do not match (gift orders and drop-shipments may be flagged because of this)
  • Billing address does not match what your bank has on file
  • Billing address is outside the USA
  • Billing address does not match your IP address (using a VPN may cause orders to be flagged because of this)
  • Other uncommon reasons

We will need to manually verify the order before it goes into production. This is usually done within 1 business day of placing the order. Typically we do not need to contact the customer; but in a rare case in which we do, it will be done via email.

Awaiting Payment

You placed an order and chose NET30 for your payment method (Wholesale accounts only). Your order will be processed by our accounting department and sent into production, typically within 1 business day.

Declined

There was a problem with your payment method, and your order could not be processed. Contact customer support for more information.

In Production

Your order has been placed and your payment has cleared. We are actively working on your order, and it will ship when everything in your order is finished. Click here to learn more about our production lead times.

Shipped

Your order is complete and has been shipped via the shipping method you selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number to track your order, or you can find this on your order page.

Completed

If your order contains only digital delivery items (such as e-books, audio books, or gift cards), your order has been fulfilled and has been delivered via email.

Refunded

You canceled your order within our cancelation window and we have refunded the full amount of your order.

Partially Refunded

A portion of your order was refunded, either to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your conversation with customer service.
