Icons, Incense Accessories, and Lamps
Because our icons are hand-made to order, we cannot accept returns for any other reason than physical damage incurred before delivery.
Please contact us before making returns. We want to understand the problem with your item and determine a solution. If an item needs to be returned to us for repair or replacement, we will email you a shipping label that you can print and affix to the original packaging.
Please also note that, because of a multitude of possible monitor settings and lighting conditions, as well as the different color processes at work with monitors versus print, the color in the image you see on your computer screen may not exactly match the icon you receive. We check every icon before it is shipped for the proper color using professional equipment, so you can rest assured that the icon you receive will have the correct color, hue, and contrast, though it may look slightly different from the image on our website. If you have special environmental considerations for your icon's color, please make note of it in your order notes, or contact us beforehand.
If there is truly a serious problem with the icon you receive, beyond the scope of the normal and inevitable conditions explained above, please contact us, and if needed, we will replace the icon.
Incense, Charcoal, and Candles
Due to their organic nature, we cannot accept returns for these items. Please contact us if you have a problem, though, and we will do our best to improve your experience.
