Chrismation (Confirmation)
In the sacrament of Chrismation (also known as Confirmation), the baptized Christian receives the seal of the gift of the Holy Spirit through the apostolic blessing, either by the bishop himself or by holy chrism administered by the priest in the bishop' behalf. This sacrament normally occurs at the same time as Baptism, but in certain circumstances it may be delayed and occur separately, especially in cases of conversion.
