I Would Have Give 5 Stars But.....
I am in love with this gift set. But I did not not get the (Wooden Gift Chest).The Wooden Chest was one of the main reasons why i paid for the set. Other then this reason i would give 5 stars im well pleased and my pray life has gone to a new place I Love It.

Inconsistent Quality
I have made three orders from Legacy. The third batch of incense was ground to the size of black peppercorn. After reaching out to David DeJonge to inform him of the quality issues, I received lengthy questioning and informed that I purchased "lower grade" material although it was the same incense I purchased twice before. An apology or a return/exchange was never offered. Additionally, the box clasp was broken but was informed I would have to pay for shipping both ways to get an exchange and that was after David Dejoune, Legacy owner, first saw and approved the exchange

Inconsistent Quality
Dear, friends - Please be aware that quality is not consistent between sets. I made a second purchase for a friend after several months but the latest had issues: broken box clasp, incense was too finely ground, and storage bags were torn. I contacted David DeJonge, owner, seeking to make either an exchange or return. However, rather than receiving an apology I was nothing short of interrogated. I would caution all potential buyers to read the return policy http://legacyicons.com/returns/ . You will pay for return shipping on defective items. That is of course if you are first granted approval. Thank you Legacy Icons for attempting to provide unique products but please reconsider your business strategy regarding how you deal with QA/QC of your merchandise prior to shipment. Please don't pass this burden to your customers. Also, please don't be condescending to those that sought to do business with you. Reminder you are suppose to service your customers. We paid for it!

High Quality Gift Set
This came with a beautiful and elegantly appointed incense burner and a generous amount of quality incense. The gift box has an antique look and is a wonderful display for a small chapel, office, or library.

Quality of the gift set is 5 stars...
But I only gave it 4 stars as it took a very long time to arrive in Hong Kong. It is worth the wait, though and indeed a perfect gift to friends and special people. I bought one for my 18 yo daughter who live in the US, it was her first incense set. It helps calm and focus her in times of stressful school work. So I recently ordered more - sweet myrrh and theophany incense. I can't wait to try the latter! Yes, I recommend Legacy Icons. David was kind and patient in replying to my concerned follow-ups. Glad to have found good quality incense that will not scorch my lungs!
